Check-in and Check-out 

Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the last day of stay. If the guest needs it, he/she may take advantage of a late check-out, subject to availability and payment of the appropriate fee indicated on the website. The room booked and confirmed will be 'guaranteed to the customer until 21.00 on the day of arrival, after that time, in the absence of communication of any delays, the structure will be considered free from any contractual obligation being able to reassign the room in question.

Documents  

The guest, upon arrival, is required to show a valid identity document, for registration, according to current legal provisions. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the Criminal Code. Acquired data are processed in accordance with current privacy regulations under Law 675/96 and Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003.

Payment  

Payment for the stay is made in the manner listed during the booking process on our Booking Engine. By law, B&Bs not being commercial activities, they are not required to issue any tax documents. To prove payment, a non-tax receipt is issued showing the amount and details of the stay.

Tourist tax 

Our municipality does not impose payment of the above tax.

Cancellation terms, early departures and no shows 

For a "non-cancellable - non-refundable" reservation, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged and will not be refunded. For a reservation made with free cancellation:

1) For any cancellation request made up to 7 days before the stay, the deposit (equal to 30% of the entire stay) or the entire reservation amount will be returned.

2) In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the stay, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

3) In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

4) In case the guest will need for personal reasons to reduce the period of stay from the one booked, he/she will be required to pay the entire period booked as this sudden change will result in 'a non-sale and consequent economic loss of the B & B, which will have meanwhile had to give up the sale of the room in question to other reservation requests. 

Breakfast  

Breakfast will be available from 08:00 to 10:00 a.m. and should be eaten in the special room overlooking the pool. In case of any known food intolerances and allergies, guests are requested to notify in advance. Guests are not allowed to consume food in the room, light stoves and open flames of any kind. For any needs, please ask the B&B manager.

Smoking  

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the B&B.

Cleaning  

During your stay the bedrooms and bathrooms will be cleaned daily. If occupied, cleaning will be done the following day. Please arrange your personal belongings in a manner that allows for such cleaning. 

Linens  

Linen is changed every three days. Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price, as is any extraordinary cleaning. 

Personal belongings 

No items of any kind may be left in the common areas. The B&B is not responsible for items left unattended.

Other guests 

Companions are not allowed to stay in the rooms. Access is reserved only for the persons indicated in the reservation.

Pets  

We accept max 1 small pet (max 10 Kg*) per room. May use all outdoor spaces of the facility if on a leash with the owner but is not allowed in the breakfast room or bathe in the pool. He is not allowed to stay in the room alone. He is not allowed to climb on the bed. Extra charge 7 € per stay as cleaning and sanitizing an environment occupied by an animal requires more time and the use of specific products. Should the dog bark and disturb the peace of other hotel guests, the dog owner may: 

1) contact a dog boarding house, approved by our hotel, to which he will pay directly and where he will have an individual protected space. 

2) leave the hotel by paying a penalty of 80% of the total booked stay. 

*If the dog weighs more than 10 kg, we advise the guest to contact a dog boarding house approved by our facility. 

Damage  

Any damage to the room not reported on 'arrival by the guest and found by the staff during the period of stay will be fully charged to the guest. Items missing from the rooms' equipment will be charged to the occupant guests.

Recommendations and prohibitions 

Proper use of the toilet facilities is recommended, avoiding throwing tampons, Q-tips and other objects that may clog it in the toilet (it is recommended to use the appropriate bins).

It is also recommended: 

1) To turn off the lights each time you leave the room.

2) Do not leave battery chargers plugged in when not in use.

3) Do not leave air conditioners running while away from the rooms.

4) Keep the television set on low volume so as not to disturb other guests.

5) It is forbidden to prepare and consume meals inside the room.

6) It is strictly forbidden inside the facility to drink alcohol, make use of drugs.

Silence and tranquility 

In accordance with the B & B regulations and the Municipal Police regulations, it is requested to observe silence in the time slot between 14:00 and 16:00 hours and from 22:00 to 08:00 hours

Internet and Wi-Fi 

The property is equipped with a WI-Fi network for internet connection, made available to guests free of charge. 

We are not responsible for any inefficiency due to total or partial lack of electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection supply not depending on our will.

The processing of personal data whose provision is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the service is carried out in full compliance with D. Lgs 196/2003, in paper and digital form. It should be noted that the above conditions of sale have been drawn up in accordance with the law.
